Overview
Private Car Charter is designed for guests who want the freedom to create their own itinerary within the agreed service duration. You can choose the places you would like to visit based on your interests and plans, while our driver provides private transportation throughout your journey. Whether you would like to explore temples and cultural sites, enjoy Bali’s nature and scenery, visit beaches and coastal areas, go shopping, enjoy cafés and restaurants, or create your own photography and Instagram experience, you can arrange your journey according to your preferences. For a smoother journey, we recommend choosing destinations that are not too far from each other and allow reasonable travel time. The number of places you can visit will depend on the distance between destinations, traffic conditions, and the time available. The charter can also be arranged with an afternoon or evening pick-up, depending on your plans. The same agreed service duration applies regardless of your chosen pick-up time. For example, you may start your journey in the afternoon, visit a few places, return to your hotel to shower or get ready, and continue your evening with dinner, a beach club, sunset, or nightlife. If you plan to return to your hotel or villa to shower or get ready before continuing your evening plans, the charter can accommodate a short break. Your driver will wait for you at the hotel or villa during this time. We recommend keeping the break reasonably short so the rest of your itinerary can run smoothly. The service duration will pause during the break and continue when you are ready to depart again. This is a private and flexible service, not a fixed itinerary. You decide where you would like to go, and we help you plan a journey that fits the available time.

Planning Your Itinerary
To help us plan your journey smoothly, we recommend sharing your preferred itinerary when making your booking.
This allows us to review your destinations, estimated travel time, and the most suitable order of destinations. If we
find that some destinations are too far apart or the itinerary may be too full for the available time, we will suggest a
more suitable order or adjustment and send the revised itinerary back to you for confirmation before the tour.
For the best experience, we recommend keeping the number of main destinations reasonable. The actual number
of places you can visit depends on the distance between destinations, traffic conditions, and the time available.
Itinerary Changes & Additions
Your itinerary can remain flexible during the journey. If you would like to change or add destinations along the way,
you can simply discuss your plans with your driver. The driver will help you check whether the changes or additions
are practical based on the route, travel time, traffic conditions, and remaining service duration.
Extra Hour
If your journey continues beyond the agreed 11-hour service duration before 12:00 AM, the Extra Hour charge
applies for each additional hour.
Toyota Avanza: $6 / Hour
Toyota HiAce Commuter: $12 / Hour
Extra Hour charges apply only until 12:00 AM.
At 12:00 AM, the Extra Hour policy ends. From 12:00 AM onwards, a fixed additional late-night fee of IDR 300,000 applies until the journey is completed. After this fee is applied, you may continue using the charter without any further Extra Hour charges.
The IDR 300,000 late-night fee applies to all vehicle types and is not charged per hour. Any Extra Hour charges
incurred before 12:00 AM will still apply

Larger Groups
For groups larger than the recommended capacity of one vehicle, multiple vehicles can be arranged, such as Avanza + Avanza, Avanza + HiAce, or HiAce + HiAce.
Pricing
Prices are per vehicle. When multiple vehicles are used, each vehicle is charged according to the selected vehicle’s tour price. The total price depends on the number and type of vehicles required.

Flexible Itinerary
Our tour is designed to be flexible, allowing the journey to be adjusted naturally during the day based on traffic, weather, local conditions, and the flow of the tour.
The order of visits may be adjusted when needed to help make the journey more comfortable and enjoyable, while following the planned itinerary of your selected tour.
Traffic & Tour Duration
- The tour duration shown on the package refers to the planned tour time. Travel time may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, and unexpected situations during the journey.
- If the journey takes longer than the stated tour duration due to traffic, unexpected situations, or other travel-related delays beyond our control, we provide up to 1 additional hour as a complimentary service.
- This complimentary time is provided as a service allowance for travel delays and is not an additional hour for extending the tour or adding extra stops. Any additional time beyond this allowance will be subject to the applicable Extra Hour rate.
No Hidden Cost
If any additional cost not listed in the tour information applies, we will explain it to you in advance and ask for your approval before the charge is applied.
Tour Price & Optional Experiences
The price shown for each tour package covers the private one-day tour for the stated tour duration. Optional experiences can be added to the tour without an additional tour charge. Choosing an optional experience does not mean that its entrance ticket or activity fee is included in the tour price. Any entrance tickets, activity fees, meals and drinks, purchases, or other personal expenses related to the chosen experience are paid separately by guests.
